Installation method, process, and precautions for carbon crystal board/wood veneer board:
(1) First, investigate whether the wall is flat. 
If the wall is flat, there is no need to install carbon crystal board/wood veneer board as a base, If the wall is uneven, it must be leveled with plywood/gypsum board/cement board before installation and bonding.

(2) Measure the width of the entire wall to determine the cutting width of each decorative panel during actual installation. Pay attention to the horizontal position of the doors and windows, and ensure proper distribution. Generally, wider walls are paved directly with 1220 large boards. For narrower walls, calculate the actual size, evenly cut the width of the decorative panels, and then fit them together.

(3) During actual installation. install the top corer line first, and then install the bottom comer line. Facing the wall start fitting from left to right. Firstly, use a point like (or S-shaped) structural adhesive and apply it evenly to the wall surface (or back of the decorative panel). Then, insert the decorative panel diagonally into the top comer line, adjust the horizontal position, and then insert the decorative panel from right to left into the left corner line.

(4) Slowly flatten the four edges and middle position of the decorative panel with a rubber hammer, and insert a metal i-shaped strip on the right side of the decorative panel, paying attention to the appropriate tightness. Fix the -shaped strip with a gun nail. This cycle of installation is sufficient.

(5) Pay attention to the application scenarios of various metal lines. When measuring with a ruler, carefully survey and make statistics, When stocking, prepare sufficient quantity based on the number of decorative panels and room structure, measure the metal lines to avoid errors and delays in installation.
